  1. I found it in my local UO today. I think some of the first run were placed in stores. Urban put it back up for pre-order when they decided to press more because the initial pre order set for the release date sold out

yeah thats probably what happened, it makes sense

  2. I absolutely adore Zella..everything about her. She's someone I recommend to everyone I talk to. I've been a fan since late 2014 around when her EP was released and I've loved following her through her new music journey. Also, even if you're not a fan, please go to a show of hers if she ever goes near you. You won't regret it. After being upset that she wasn't coming near me for her tour, I was so excited that she was going to be playing at a music festival in my city, Music Midtown. She put on one of the most amazing shows I've ever seen. She sounds absolutely incredible live and she was so energetic and lovable. She's so beautiful too. It was an overall amazing show, I wish I could see her again!

Also, afterwards, she wasn't supposed to be at the signing booth, but as I walked by the booth while walking to another stage I saw her name listen and bolted towards the line with my friends. She was mainly having short chats and signings with people, but we actually had a pretty lengthy conversation (I was also one of the last ones in line) and she was super sweet. At the end, she asked my name then reached out and hugged me and asked if I wanted a photo. SHE reached out to hug ME. I just couldn't believe it. Either way, she is one of the kindest people I've ever met and I recommend that everyone give her a chance.

(Also at Midtown, she did say she had music coming out "next month" [October], but she didn't specify if it was an album. She was probably referring to the two songs that'll be on the vinyl.)

I agree with you!! She's so kind and sweet, plus her shows are amazing.

I saw her in a small avenue and her energy was just crazy. Near the end of her set she asked us to not use our cellphones, she jumped off stage and started singing in the crowd, we were forming a circle around her. She communicates a lot with her audience which is awesome (not so much when you're tall like me and in first row isdkjhgdf I thought she was about to fall on me and I got a torticollis lmao). It was so nice to meet her, my friend and I talked with her and we took some photos. She's very easy to talk to honestly, I wasn't stressed at all (which was the case for all my other faves that I met oops). When we took our photo she stuck he cheek against mine as if we were friends  :flutter:

  3. My UO app definitely says it's being released next month but I've seen it a bunch of times on instagram.

thank you! its weird bc it says that on mine too + its sold out at my local store

The first run sold out so the pre-order is for the second run of them

I didn't even preorder it tho. Maybe it's different because I live in Canada idk

  4. I'm so confused, I added the version of the vinyl that I bought on discogs, but someone told me it was supposed to be release at the end of the month ? Do you guys saw it at UO ?

  7. okay why is everybody saying that the name of the song is Tigra when it's written Tigre on my setlist ? Could it be because its the french word and since she was at Montréal she changed it for that or something like that ?

  9. Okay, wow. IT WAS SO GOOD. The cinematography was particularly top-notch, as expected.

From what I've gathered, there are multiple metaphorical meanings weaved through the whole thing. But I interpreted it as a journey between the "two Florences" that she addressed in the Q&A -- Florence, the person, and Florence, the performer -- and the connection between the two personas. Upon the release of HBHBHB, she spoke a lot about being inspired by the turbulent years between Ceremonials and HBHBHB, addressing her feelings in a straightforward fashion, and breaking the barrier between her work and personal lives.

Florence in the red pants suit is performer Florence, while the other scenes are literal or metaphorical representations of the chaos around her and in her own mind. If you noticed, all of the scenes in which she is not wearing the red pants suit, she's in vulnerable, exposed, or rough situations. The turbulent relationship, the car accident, the out-of-control house party situation, and the storm are all happenings in her personal life. From my point of view, the car accident is where real life and professional life collide, and she crawls out of the accident with a new perspective. As she wanders from the scene of the crash towards the theater and sings HBHBHB and Mother a cappella, the rest of the music videos (minus Third Eye) are flashbacks from the past few years. (Of course, once again, those flashbacks aren't always literal. I think that some of them -- St. Jude especially -- have been tailored to represent how Florence was feeling on the inside during these times.) Metaphorically speaking, the crash represents the past few years as a whole and the wandering towards the theater can be translated to her process of digesting all of the past's events and turning them into the art that she can share and perform.

Just my two cents. Doesn't cover everything in the film, but gives a general feel for what I think it's about.

that actually makes a lot of sense tbh
