so basically did she really said  "Elizabeth, you'll end up in an instituition for the rest of your life"?

i was so pissed off when she asked her ‘do you say bore or whore in fmwuttt’ like you coulda checked genius and asked her ANY QUESTION IN THE WORLD! asking about the unreleased album is a no brainer for any lana stan
no hate though she seems like a great fan

Just came here to say that I've been listening to Sirens a lot lately. And damn... My momma is a very early diss track that (if it's not a fictional story) implies that her mom was the kind of woman who would flirt or get a bit too close with her boyfriends?
 
 

I feel so bad about speculating and shit. I know I shouldn't be so curious about it. Lana wants the music to speak for itself - I get that. ANYWAY I still really want the tea abt Patty's bullshit behavior.

I feel like she and her mother have a slightly awkwardish relationship. I think Pat seems like a much more . . . conservative woman than Lana is. I once read in a magazine that Lana said her mother told her as a child to never wear to much make up, and not to wear any to bed, which are too things that Lana has completely disregarded for her whole life. Lana also mentioned before how she sent Paradise to her relatives, and a lot of them were taken aback by Lana's . . . . harsh language in some songs. That doesn't necessarily mean her mom felt that way too, but I wouldn't be surprised. It also has sounded like Rob supported Lana's music career a bit more than Pat did.   Just some thoughts on the mom thread.

I'd love to add to this conversation that back in June of 2023 Lana went to Sweny's pharmacy in Dublin and left a note signed Elizabeth, I think when Lana's signing things like autographs etc she uses her 'work' name, but out and about casually she probably grabs her coffee signed Lizzy, or signs a receipt with her legal name as such. It makes sense after all, it separates her personal life from her work life. Just my theory, all speculation! only she actually knows x

There was that insta account for a clothes store in LA that showed the receipt from when she was there over the summer and she put the name Lizzy Grant. Assuming that was authentic.

london fogs>chai lattes- no one can get a chai latte right    london fogs (earl grey lattes) are so good, haven't had a bad one, esp when there's lavender in it. 

Since this is becoming a chai latte thread, I will say, I find almost every cafe chai latte far too sweet. Ask for half sweet to actually be able to taste the spices over the sugar.
