  1. @@buster @@Honeymooner @@frankestrella It was awesome!!! We made it to Atlanta, went to the Gold VIP Pre Show Party, then were escorted to the pit after we bought out merchandise, I got several shirts and the lighter. Lana came into the pit and she loved her bracelet. She gave me her autograph, and took my phone and snapped 2 pics of us!!! It was an amazing night!!!
  2. @bustert Thank you, and I'm going to call Live Nation again today to clarify because the wording they used was: I would be escorted into the pit before Silver, this is what has me so upset because I know what she told me and her exact words were that. I even questioned her about it and she repeated, yes, we can use our pit tickets instead of our assigned seats that come with our gold packages, and we will have early entry and be escorted to the pit before Silver package holders enter the venue. I was just curious as to how long we would be there before silver arrived. I have her name, the date and time of the call, so I will clear this up today. There isn't a problem on their end. They've been very nice to me, and understanding about everything we went through at Dallas. I can't say anything bad about Live Nation. I think this will probably be the last concert I attend for a while though; I believe it's time to travel a bit and see the world after this trip.
  3. @@Anthem Hey. Same to you, maybe we'll see you there. We made awesome friends in Dallas and still stay in touch! We're actually planning a trip to NY this Fall, and I invited them to Mardi Gras next Feb!!! Everyone should go to Mardi Gras at least once, or twice, or 10 times...Haha!!! Later! And hey, if you have an extra copy, I'd LOVE one!!!! Please???
  4. @@Elle This is my first Lana concert, is the pit large? How many Silver VIP's would you guesstimate? I went to the Dallas concert but it was cancelled So I called Live Nation and explained that I wasn't notified until May 30th, until then, we assumed it would be rescheduled. By that time, the Silver VIP's were sold out, so she said I could purchase Gold VIP packages and use a Live Nation VIP Pit for early entry. I have purchased both tickets, so they had better honor their word. I have call logs with dates and times of the conversations. I explained to her that we do not wish to use our Gold VIP assigned seats, which by the way states on the order form that they are 1-12 rows back from the GA, but are actually 33 and 35 rows back, and I don't want a refund for those; I just want the early entry that I was promised into the Pit when I purchased the Gold Packages. I was told that this would be NO PROBLEM, and we would be escorted into the pit, maybe because of all the trouble we've been through with Dallas, not sure, but I have been in constant contact with them to make sure that they are going to honor what we were promised. How did you get to meet her after the show last year? Was this at Aaron's at Lakewood like this year? Thanks for any information, Hope to see you there!!! We are staying at the Hilton. If you see a black SUV Benz, please flag us down, We were really bummed that we didn't get to see Lana in Dallas, but we partied all night, flashed traffic from my sunroof while wearing our Mardi Gras masks, (Haha!) got wasted at the Hilton Anatole, told security to turn in their uniforms and leave the building until further notice LOL!!! OMG!!! I met a pilot for Southwest and I called him Christian Grey all night in the hotel bar!! We took selfies with Buddha!! Wild night, and thank goddess we recorded everything with our phones or we probably wouldn't have remembered! Anyway, any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kindest regards, MJ

  6. @@frankestrella Exactly!!! And I'm not an obnoxious person by any means, but when I called and purchased the Gold VIP Packages, I made it clear that I tried to purchase the Silver, and because of the waiting postponement and delayed cancellation of the Dallas concert, I was unable to be refunded, and was hoping for a rescheduled concert. By that time, the Silver Packages were sold out and the only choice I had was Gold. I explained that we did not want to use the assigned seats, and asked if we could use our VIP Pit tickets instead and also be granted early entry, she said that would not be a problem. This was Live Nation that I had called and confirmed with when I purchased the tickets. I talked to them yesterday, just to reconfirm what I was told last Thursday, and they asked me to send them an email explaining the situation. I did, and they sent an email back asking for the order numbers, names and so forth, and said they were going to help me with this matter. I even have the date and time of the call log if they want to listen to the recorded conversation where I was promised early entry and Pit with our Gold Package purchases. My question to you is, how did they go about getting you from the pre show party, to the venue? I know that Silver has stated that they are numbered, and walked into the venue in a single, file line... I was just curious how and when they escorted you to your spot, and how soon you arrived before Silver? Again, thank you for your time and attention. Kindest regards, MJ
  7. @@buster Thanks, so they'll have my email even though I can't access my ticket's through their site, but I can through Live Nation's, right?
  8. @@frankestrella Did you purchase your ticket through VIP Nation, or Live Nation? I bought mine through Live Nation and I can log into LN and see my tickets, but can't if I log into VN... Also, I had VIP Pit to Dallas on May 9th, it was postponed due to weather. We were told our tickets would be valid when the concert was rescheduled, but unfortunately, I received an email on May 30th that it was cancelled. I found VIP Pit tickets for Atlanta June 14th concert, but since we didn't learn of the cancellation until such a late date, the Silver Packages were sold out. I was told by LN that if I purchased the Gold VIP Packages, we could use our VIP Pit tickets instead of the assigned seats that come with the Gold and also have early entry into the venue, even before Silver. Many are telling me this is untrue, I'm not a frequent concert goer, and I read about your experience and was hoping you could share with me how this worked. The lady I spoke with at LN on the phone told me that we would be escorted to the Pit area before Silver is granted access, can you tell me how long you were allowed entrance before they were please? Also, when did this occur? After the pre show party and merch viewing? Sorry for so many questions, just really excited, and kind of bummed that people are telling me that what I was told will not happen. Very confusing... Thanks in advance.
  9. @@Honeymooner What's the difference in VIP Nation and Live Nation?
  10. @@buster Thank you!! I have 2 boys and 2 girls, 23, 24, 28 and 29, boys in the middle. I have a question, what is the difference between VIP Nation and Live Nation? I can log in and see my purchases in Live Nation, but when I log into VIP Nation, there isn't a purchase history....
  11. I was told that we had early entrance, but we didn't get there until 7:15 I think it was, we were only 4 miles or so away at the Hilton Anatole, but we didn't realize it would take so long to get there, plus we weren't prepared as we should have, that's why I'm trying to get everything in order for this trip beforehand. But yeah, my email for Dallas said: Early entry, VIP Lounge, Early merch viewing, Onsite host...similar to what these packages state.
  12. @@buster No, I didn't purchase my VIP Pit ticket from the venue, I purchased it from Live Nation. Just clarifying,,,
  13. @@buster @@Blue Jeans I would have bought Silver VIP Packages but it was May 30th when I received an email about the cancellation of the Dallas show, until then from May 9th, we were told it was just postponed. I still have the email, (I was an accountant, title clerk and business owner for 12 years, so I have a habit of keeping records of any documentation as long as they seem necessary) the phone logs, with date and time of the conversations, and the names of the people I spoke with. So, by the time I was informed about the Dallas cancellation, the Silver VIP Packages for Atlanta were sold out. I was told that by purchasing the two Gold VIP packages, and with my VIP Pit tickets, we would be allowed to enter the venue before Silver, this was on the 4th, the same day that I purchased the Gold Packages from Live Nation. I informed them that I did not want a refund for anything; I simply did not want to use the assigned seats that come with the Gold tickets. She said it wouldn't be a problem, and we would be able to enter the venue before Silver, and would be escorted to the Pit. She was very nice, and even laughed a little when I told her I didn't want to use the assigned seats. She said, "Oh, you have 2 tickets?" I said, "Yes, we both do, but we want to use our Pit tickets" and we both laughed. Also, at the Dallas concert, I didn't purchase Silver or Gold as far as I know, I did pay 971.00 for two VIP Pit tickets so, it's possible I did. We 'were' told they were all access, though. There was a mix up with my tickets also, first I was sent the wrong seats but they were Vip, and was told that the correct tickets would be waiting at the venue, (I did receive my VIP parking pass) then while driving to Dallas, I received a phone call and was told my tickets would be delivered to my hotel the morning of the concert. Again, we received the wrong tickets, this time they WERE Pit, but not Vip, so I called and was told to ask for Morgan, and our names would be on her Vip list. We didn't get to the venue until 7:15 so we just walked right in, no lines by that time of course. But the VIP Lounge in Dallas was AWESOME!!!! There was a DJ, flat screens, 4 bars, air conditioned sections, sofas, strobe lights, fog machines...very club like. We literally parked about 12 feet from the Ice House VIP Lounge entrance. We're not constant concert attendees, the last concert I saw was in 2004 and it was Kiss/Aerosmith, and before that was my daughter's 13th birthday in 1999 to see The BackStreet Boys. Haha!!! My children are finally grown, and have careers of their own, so now I'm finally able to do things for myself again. No more ballgames, cheer leading, ballet, karate...it's like a new world for me after all these years. So needless to say. this is all kind of new to me, and that is why I seek the advice of you experienced, hip, wise, Lana fans!!! I am a huge Lana Del Rey fan, and she's the only one I'll pay, or travel to go see. And you guys and given me so much knowledge about what to expect at a concert. Thank you all so much for being patient with me, I appreciate each and every one of you that has taken time to explain things. Next for me: Australia!!!
  14. @frankestrella What ever happened with the mix up? I read that it was their fault. but can you give me some details about what happened? I was at the Dallas concert and drove 18 hours roundtrip with my childhood friend, I'm sure you've heard about what happened there Anyway, they told us for weeks that it was postponed and our tickets were still valid, we had VIP Pit tickets, so we waited and waited and waited...finally on May 30th, i get an email stating that the Dallas concert has been cancelled and we would be refunded. I finally found VIP Pit tickets to the Atlanta concert which will be Sunday 14th, a 10 hr roundtrip, we're ok with that, but we wanted early entry so I got online to purchase Silver VIP Packages but they were all sold out. If we had known about the Dallas cancellation sooner, maybe we would have had time to purchase them,So I purchased 2 Gold VIP Packages and called Live Nation to make sure we could use these for early entry and still use our Pit tickets, she said that wouldn't be a problem...we didn't want the box seats that come with our Gold Packages, nor a refund, we just wanted to use our pit tickets. She chuckled and said sure, it would be fine since we had paid so much. I'm just wondering how you got from the Gold lounge or show or whatever it is, and met up with the Silver to gain early entry? They all have me so confused and your situation sounds closer to ours than anyone else, Please help...any information or light you can shed on this subject for me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
