Okay, so I just finished reading the book and what a fucking masterpiece How is it even possible to write that well. I liked the movie but the book moved me more because of Elio's narration and the insights he gives. It's just so raw and beautifully written. The ending also has me fucked up. I started tearing up when I read the last few sentences. Omg I'd rather die than have to experience a love that doesn't work out but still takes so much from you even after all that time passes

Lust for Life is even worseHoneymoon could've been better with additional production but it's far from bad compared to LFL, which I think really lowered her musical standards. Lol literally nobody would be hating this if the solo version was released. Aside the fact that she should have gotten more lines, it does well as an intro. A lot of albums have openers that are purposely minimal or even purely instrumental to set the tone of the record. Just like how a lot of artists choose a quieter and more downtempo song to close an album, the same concept applies here. Idk why y'all are dragging it so hard.

Sometimes I wonder if my days of stanning Lana has run its course. At times, I don't feel the magic I used to when listening to her songs and I start to question what I saw that was so great.

I got kind of emotional at "Lana Del Rey's early career" I mean it's only been 5 years but that photograph already makes me feel nostalgic. You really get a feel of that glamorous modern-vintage aesthetic that made her stand out and the legacy she'll ultimately leave behind.

Omg I just got into her and I absolutely adore her sound. Her lyrics are so cute! They sound like something that could be in Sailor Moon or something haha. Production is amazing as well. Kind of reminds me of vaporwave but it being actual music loljk To be honest, I'm not really into her voice but it makes her standout at the same time.
