are my fellow american lipsters positive about biden will not try to work against oppressed people? like lgbt, especially trans community, non-white people etc.? i'd like to get their ideas about this. i see people endorsing biden but isn't he also, if not less, as nasty as trump?

im not from america but from what i've seen this man is nowhere as nasty as trump... every president america gets will eventually has a problematic stance that people won't agree with but a democratic president isn't gonna work against oppressed people even though he might be an old white dude at the end of the day. americans are trying to get rid of the worst of the worst and settle for the best that they can get even though he may not be the best of the bunch, it's a step forward tho

biden is a spineless middle of the road democrat who won't push for the changes we need (defunding police, abolishing prisons, generally making big systematic changes) but he's heads and shoulders better than trump. obviously i want biden to win but he's not a candidate i'm excited about.

My guess is that should Biden win, he'll be soon escorted out. He's in no state of being the leader of a nation. And I say this with empathy, not mockery. 
As for Trump, I believe he has a much bigger support than the media portrays it. Somehow, it's become intolerable to be a conservative in 2020 and you get burned at the stake so people are just staying quiet and voting for who reflects their views.

I'm not an American so I'm an external observer and I must say I can't remember at time (from my own living memory) where the two big parties were so opposed in what they deem to be a battle between good and evil. I remember someone posted "Sure you have the right wing and the left wing but we're still part of the same eagle." 

Anyway, I continue to follow the results. Regardless of the outcome, I think civil unrest will be prevalent in the US.

this right here. he says on his website “i’m for the new green deal” then at the debate says he’s against it. what are you for it or against it? you can’t be both. he says “if you don’t vote biden, you ain’t black!” then calls trump racist for stopping flights to and from china when he did, but then also says he would’ve done it sooner..??? idk i feel like biden is just senile and lost his senses, but i also think trump is a whack job too who can’t do anything right

Joe Biden and Donald Trump are not comparable levels of bad. Donald trump is racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, anti-LGBTQ, and a pathological liar.  Say what you will about joe Biden, and I will likely agree with you on it, but someone who is neutral and wishy washy is certainly better than a pathological narcissist

It's not even left and right wing though, its right wing and further right wing. The two are on the same side on almost everything.

Actual legit left wing Government will never happen in a rich capitalist country as the government is controlled by corporations and billionaires who want to get richer and left wing politics is all about taking the money off of them and helping the poor/creating more balance so the two things are incompatible.

Ideologically, yes. I doubt Biden or anybody involved in Politics to that level actually cares about making changes for the weaker people. You might come in with the best intentions but you'll have to compromise somewhere. I'm from Belgium and we have like 9 ministers for healthcare... Guess how much they earn ? Yeah, that's not really necessary. So as long as politicians get rich by doing what they do, they'll never think about the people. Once it actually costs them to be ministers (etymologically= servants), then we might see some changes. And then again... As you say, big corporations have their weight in the scale. Ugh
