Been listening to this version a lot today (I know, predictable) to get me in the mood for Lana’s version. Love it.

 

This one’s one of my favourite renditions though because it’s just so fun and cute.

 

And like lots of people, my very favourite version is probably the Big Brother one. I’m a sucker for wailing guitar solos.

 

I really wonder how Lana’s rendition will sound. What I love about standards is they’re almost always presented in different ways, so the possibilities really are endless.

It didn't even strike me as weird that she's releasing a summer song in winter, until you all pointed it out. I think Lana = endless summer in my brain.

I’m not concerned at all, she didn’t mention LMLYLAW until like 4PM when it was literally out in several countries 

 

I have a feeling coronavirus has maybe moved some releases to the UK time? Just a guess since several artists recently have released songs/music not according to US time, maybe some things have shifted.
