I actually looked at her nails from the video she's featured in and they're the same nails she has in the Summertime music video, so they must have been filmed around the same time.

Also, we'll know how long ago the Fallon performance was recorded based on her hair color. If she's blonde, it may have been filmed months ago, but if her hair is the same color as in the promo pics then it was done recently

I don’t know the exact date since she had this manicure even when she was blonde, but her earliest documented day of being brunette is November 23, so my guess is anytime between November 23 and December 7th, since that’s when The NBHD started teasing the video
