so I'm assuming this has already been discussed but, now I'm disliking the album cover even more. Chemtrails has no connection to any other song on the album, so it just seems like the poorest choice she's ever made for the art. 

Even the NFR cover connected to multiple songs. 

 

I can't wait to repeat the hell out of this album once it's on Spotify but I won't wanna be looking at my screen 

 

Also, I definitely get what she meant about not being sure of this album, so maybe I'll be thinking of it as a project to get her back on track towards singing about what she wants. Seems to have worked!

i've honestly become obsessed with white dress, it might be my fav lana album opener at this point (surpassing Honeymoon)! Even if they aren't credited, I feel like I hear so many accordion or harmonica moments in the background, and the instrumentals give me such a hazy california sunset, it's perfect. The vocals and lyrics are so emotive and the melody is POWERFUL. I'm so excited for its video now!

Well maybe the bars she used to work in as a waitress were open-mic bars or bars were bands could play, so maybe that line is about her serving to a group of music business men who were having a drink at the bar, watching the shows. That's how I felt the line.
