Based on my experience with it, if you typically wear clothing marked as women's sizing then yes. If you typically wear clothing marked as men's sizing, then no. 

Here's a part of a post I made the other day for people asking if the Levi's jacket matched Levi's standard men or women trucker jacket that may help, where I determined it most closely matches the men's jackets from Levi's -
