Ok so I was wrong but I blame them for their dumdum wording. also it seems his guess about a delay is just based off the info we all already have (her past rollouts) so there’s no reason to kick our worries about that into high gear.

exactly like do we really need an insider to tell us there’s a possibility that a lana del rey album will be released ? like that never happened before :ma:

The insiders be always like: It is an album, it has songs with music and lyrics in it, it will have a genre and song titles, it is coming soon and it will be released by Lana

The lipsters at that: :trisha::angie::lange:

It's very possible that she's working with Mike Dean on new music rn, but I highly doubt he's involved in whatever album she's about to drop. again, didn't a fan who met her during her lil texas tour confirm she said "RCS" was a Jack prod. album?

I think it’s also interesting to note that if Mike Dean is a collaborator lately he’s been messing around with a lot of psychedelic synth stuff recently.

With the mention of him everyone has been hyping up hip hop but I've been over here thinking like maybe he is wanting to do something diff from his main wheelhouse, more experimental per se. So this could really kind of play into that.

so basically no new news, noted.

No, no news :rip:

Today we didn’t learn who produced the lead, who produced the album, what the genre is, or what the release date of the single is :paris:

today could have not happened at all and we would be in the exact same spot, info wise

I don’t trust insiders’ *opinions* of songs - they’re always questionable with their comparisons and music taste in general lol. At the end of the day the only thing that matters from them is actual facts like length of songs, titles etc

3. They can't believe that Lana is doing THAT!

lmao imagine it’s something insane like a country take on hip-hop & that’s why she’s using country aesthetics with Mike Dean as a producer (if he actually is the producer)

I know that won’t actually happen but it’s a funny (and scary) thought:dua:

If she does another cover I want it to be upbeat(ish). Doin' Time is the only cover on an album of hers that I don't usually skip when listening from front to back. I prefer Lana's slow songs over her more upbeat ones but her slow song covers are usually so boring. Doin' Time was something fun, something for the summertime.
