Honestly with all this talk about SkyPoor and no budget, idk why Capitol just doesn't issue a repress of NTMT. Those resale prices on vinyl - too high. They could be gettin a cut of that dough and I could be getting a copy for not 200$.

Maybe they'd make enough profit to buy her a sandwich and fund a rollout of at *least* a single.

the way it would be so easy for them to put up a preorder for a ntmt reissue vinyl and get a few hundred sales just from her lingering or new fans. i was thinking about this yesterday like if she needs money so bad she could just commission some masochism merch and give the artists a chunk of the profit, or just reuse ntmt era photoshoots. it wouldn't sell like crazy but it would be something and literally her just doing anything at this point could re-spark some interest in her.. maybe in march

since this is my 111 post, i'll bite 

 

i was a massive sky fan/stan from 2014-2017. NTMT & Ghost were both growers but i ended up loving them, however when she started announcing a new album and posting snippets of songs i wasn't interested at all lmao. calling the album "masochism" was defo a choice, and idk guardian was always "meh" 2 me, still remember the song & video were supposed to come out in august 2015 

 

i rly thought smth was gonna come out in 2016 or 17, but all we got was a 70s snuff porn film playboy shoot as the "visual intro to masochism" m8.

 

she had me w/ DL & DF, especially since both seemed like roll-outs to smth bigger. the songs r...uh songs lol it felt like a huge deal cos those were the first "official" releases since NTMT. w/ the leaks, i like "pray for rain" and "finders keepers" but her songs r too repetitive sometimes 

 

at this point...idfk. feels like flying cars will be a thing b4 sky releases another album

I was rooting for her. We were all rooting for her! She just doesn’t have what it takes to become America’s Next Top Model. After listening to the judges critique’s time and time again, she still hasn’t come out on top. Janice said last week that she needed more charisma in her walk even after Miss Jay demonstrated on the runaway. Tyra said that week after week, she just wasn’t bringing it. America’s Next Top model has to show up, and show out, and Sky just ain’t doing it.

They look nothing alike. If it wasn't mention that they were sisters, no one would ever know. To be honest, Sky doesn't even look like her parents either. She got her mom's eyes though.
