I am almost certain that those sessions took place JUST after LFL was released or after the album was completed so I rly don't consider those LFL songs

The sessions for Lana’s side-band with TLSP occurred December 2016 through March 2017. She said this in an interview with Zane Lowe on July 12, 2017. So technically no song from those sessions is really a LFL outtake (that we know of) even though that project + LFL were recorded concurrently.

I thought it was common knowledge, or it was alluded to at least, that those songs (Thunder and Dealer) were meant for a full collaborative project between Lana and TLSP, like a full album that somehow never got released.

I thought so too, and Lana later confirmed that in her 2019 NME interview but I guess not everyone caught that!

I'm so glad she decided to reuse from tracks from those sessions (California, Thunder and Dealer). It really would have been a shame for them to go unreleased, they're too good for that

No they arent lfl songs... its in the middle of the end of lfl and very fist beggining of NFR era
