I received a WP and I'm under mod watch for the next week, so it's a little hard to reply under your posts. Anyway, great job, both versions are better than the original! no because the song isnt really organized in beats its more of rick freestyling on a synth from what ive seen. even in a daw with the exact tempo the instrumental isnt restricted to the beats of the track

i’ve done all i can today i’ve been working on it since i saw this thread LOL. here’s a little snippet of what i’ve gotten so far. i added a good amount of synths, some harmonies, and drums,  but everything still needs to be mixed. https://dbree.org/v/11615a

It sound very gooodd. You could also a little more reverb to have that vintage feel. Can't wait to hear it!
