ik BBS was in the process of being written for quite a while via those voice memos, but i kind of think it was the last to be recorded and mastered bc most of the insiders who had the album had BBS until much later, like right before the album leaked. someone correct me if i'm wrong

I think Sweet Carolina! 

We have evidence she was working on the production for Arcadia on June 10, 2021, and Rob confirmed that Sweet Carolina was recorded live in one take on June 14, 2021, so it seems it was the track that tied the whole record together!
