I want her to have a widespread critical acclaim moment again. Big budget production for the sound - yes, but for the visuals, music videos - i kind of want her to make a feature film for the whole era or that kind of music video in the same universe. But to be honest, i won't expect too much about the visual-wise since i think she's at that point of her career where she doesnt even need to make a music video to prove anything anymore. She'd rather let her music speaks for itself.

It's possible to book rooms in the next few days and normal events are taking place, so I'm not sure if they're making a video.

 

 

But I must admit that it's a very nice place for a video shoot...

Are music videos typically filmed over the course of multiple days? I’m just wondering if it’s a possibility that they’ve made multiple trips there for leisure (though I hope this isn’t the case & it’s for a MV lol)

Some are, it all depends on budget and how long the creative would take to bring to life! But even for a one day shoot some members of the team would go earlier for a location scout, tech scout, etc.

If it does indeed end up being for a music video, I’ll be surprised that we haven’t had any form of an album announcement from Lana!

 

(unless of course it’s because LDR9 is a surprise release)

She usually (or at least used to) film her MV beforehand so even if it's indeed a MV it could be coming later than we think  I'm having MTWBT flashbacks with the creepy models teasing it all the time months in advance

Is it weird that I’m more excited for LDR9 than I was for COCC and BB? I think having virtually zero information about this record is what’s adding to the hype for me—lots of room for imagination lol

Same! I honestly have my fingers crossed for a surprise release

 

I know it’s unlikely, but I think it would be so cool if she/her team was like, “Here’s an album trailer for the record being released tomorrow/this weekend at midnight,” and had a music video or two drop the night of the release. 
 

I feel like it would garner just as much attention—if not more—than BB’s release, and it would eliminate the possibility of fake release dates (barring any misinformation from insiders). That’s just my personal preference, though!
