i'm all for her egalitarian fashion choices, but if that dress really is from shein thats kind of annoying. i hate to be this person but shein literally uses child labour. theres totally a way to be cost efficient and still not support fast fashion companies like shein that are terrible for the environment and directly contribute to violence and human rights violations in other countries. again, i hate to even bring this up but it just bugs me probably bc i study political science. like she could at least shop at reformation or something and that would still be a huge step down in luxury from the designer brands other celebs wear on red carpets and it would make the same statement. i realize she probably doesn't even know how bad companies like shein are but someone on her team has to.
