These comments from BOZ and others are completely subjective. How objective is a statement that says NFR and BTD have the best melodies? That’s 100% debatable and personal taste.

It probably isn’t a BB outtake but was made close to the same time as those songs/the end of finishing that album. 
 

Considering BB really doesn’t have that many songs made for it exclusively I doubt there’s many “outtakes” from that album anyways, but that’s just my guess
