I'm expecting it on February.

She released Handmade Heaven on February 8th  and the album dropped on April 27th.

I think she'll drop the album on February 12 or 19.

If she follows a similar itinerary, like the one from L+F,  maybe she'll announce it on the 27th.

I wouldn't be surprised if she pulled something like announcing the album the week before it drops/even the same week it drops. She surprise dropped the Love side of L+F before the full album drop so it's possible tbh. I doubt her/her label are planning on trying to make this album chart high. 

Also this makes me think it's coming pretty soon.

So far I'm loving what I'm hearing sonically from all the snippets this era but lyrically it rlly could go either way. Either I'll hate it and think it's corny or love it and think it's direct and jarring in a good way
