Is it like a thing to promise these type of releases? I thought only Lana had promised it though  

Now I remember, the ARTPOP Act II was somehow revived not long ago but more by DJWS than by Gaga herself (and then forgotten again) - and also Charli has talked about releasing demos, or Sky promising releasing b-sides from NTMT so... no, it's not that rare in the end lol

I guess, at the end of the day, they have the best intentions to releasing what they promise. 

 

But there are so many things going behind the scenes that may stop em. Maybe rights, maybe the label, maybe money, who knows.

In Marina's case it's simply willingness. She promised TFJ 2.0, she gave up on it to work on EH. She promised EH complete edition, she gave up on it 'cus she was fed up w/ Electra. She promised FROOT deluxe, but later she had personal problems and abandoned the idea. No one asked her about L+F Acoustic but she made it just because she knew so much of her fanbase didn't enjoy the record. Now with ADIAML she carried out her promise of the deluxe for the very first time.

yeah i’m hoping she’s just using it to release the outtakes from adiaml to keep us fed (even if it’s.. just a crumb) while she’s working on a complete serve for m6!
