To be fair, Brooklyn Nights never got the release it was supposed to have had by that point. The single acapella performance was simply because a fan asked for it.

 

More noteworthy would be Summerboy, which came out on the standard edition of The Fame in 2008 and, somehow, hasn't been performed since 2007  Even Money Honey, the song she considers the most skip-worthy on that album, has been performed more than 280 times.

Top 5 for sure, she did it at Lolla in 2007! Grateful for the new clips we got on Oprah, but it’s been 15 years it’s time for someone to leak the full set. Disco Heaven, Summerboy, & Dirty Ice Cream have been some of my favorites from her for ages

So when I say it’s my worst song it has nothing to do with the song, just my emotional connection to it.

I love Marina so much for performing a song she wrote about (probably) giving her virginity to the wrong guy when she was 21 only because it went viral, it's an extreme fan favorite and lots of people relate to it

 

She truly doesn't deserve this ugly af fanbase that criticizes everything she does :'(((

She deserved some of the criticism she got for L+F but this hate has just gotten stronger since then and now everything she does gets criticized to the extreme imo. Like the Electra Heart re-release, yeah a few unreleased songs could have been cute but now to have all the Deluxe tracks available everywhere on streaming + Electra Heart and EVOL is still really great imo. She shouldn't have been bashed that hard for no reason imo
