Artists/producers often still refer to songs by working titles.  Lana called White Dress "Waitress" in the first CoCC interview, Salvatore was referred to as "Soft Ice Cream" in a Honeymoon-press release back then etc.

So I think the official tite is "A&W", but Jack knows it as American Whore, as this might be a prominent lyrics
