tbh for me "Lennon in the back" makes a lot of sense since he produced the Harry Nilsson album "Pussy Cats", "Dont Forget Me" is on that album! He is actually on the album cover too, slightly behind Harry (in da backkkk) + we know Lana likes Johns music anyway, both solo & The Beatles so a little tribute to him wouldn't be out of character
