#unmanifesting this, but white vinyls (which are very common) could be easily “misspressed” too. The Blue Banisters variant was ment to be transparent white and ended up being an ivory white colored vinyl. Still my fav variant of the album tho

i love my cummy blue banisters webstore white don't slander her like that ... it's like swirling clouds!

 

i wouldn't mind if the ocean webstore was translucent but in this case i think it would work better opaque

i know vinyls rarely look like their mockup but is it really that hard to at least TRY to color match… i know different patterns like marble and such can be more unpredictable but how hard it is to get a solid color right
