Wow! There are images I haven't seen. Lovely pic. I see. The face is mirror-image or what they call in photoshop flip horizontally so it looks the opposite direction. Like the body part is flipped.

I think it might be real? But it's suspicious imo cause it definitely looks ai enhanced. Like the face area looks like it was remini-ed cause it's so in focus and detailed compared to the rest.
