Plus, the aesthetic of the movies is always on point, it might be dumb for some but it's important for me Anyway, I'm soooo excited to see how and where the trilogy ends! Hide contents I didn't follow news closely about Maxxxine but are there clues about the premise of the movie? I was thinking about X's ending and the policemen talking about the camera and imagining what it contains so I wonder if it'll have an impact? After all, Maxine is the sole survivor of the massacre which makes her the prime suspect...? I know they technically couldn't retrieve Bobby-Lynn's body so both girls would appear in the porn film while being absent on the crime scene, but from what I gathered, Maxine pursued her career so she would be in the public eye, authorities would notice she's still alive. Maybe I'm thinking too much but I don't think that last scene was meaningless. wasn't it self defense tho? if she didn't kill Pearl, Pearl would have killed Maxine, now it is true that Maxine could have driven away without smashing Pearl's head lol but i think it will pass as self defense 4 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But I mean, while the spectator has this information, the police doesn't. They only know this girl was on the farm and everyone's dead. Plus, society often considers old people frail and disabled. I guess it would seem more plausible that these young people slaughtered the old couple. Not sure Maxine could even prove it was self defense... I just think it could lead to a misunderstanding, you know? With Maxine falsely accused? But it certainly was self defense. That's when Mia also laughed at him when he confronted her about it after the scene was shot. A kick in the head can also kill someone so it's not just an ouchie, it's a big deal, especially when you get treated like that afterwards.
