cows symbolize fertility, generosity, motherhood, the origins of life, and they're related to serenity. they are symbol of being powerful, they have strong occurrence and significance in mythology and religion.

my theory: powerful cover related to nature, desert landscapes, photoshoot connected kinda to southern gothic and religious aesthetic.

 

MUSIC/GENRE/PRODUCTION: CAT

independence, liberty, spiritual enlightenment, intuition but also mystery, grace. cats have the biggest power in the animal kingdom.

my theory: intuitional choices, allowing myself ride with spirit, no label intervetion. southern gothic?, cinematic influences?, strings and orchestra with simple melodies but make it massive?

 

LYRICS: DOG

symbol of guidance, protection, fertility, luck, prosperity and unconditional love.

my theory: simple light lyrics about love and feeling good and safe with lover.

 

RELEASE DATE: TURKEY (+ sheep card fell from my hands on the floor)

turkeys are symbol of generosity, you shouldn't expect anything in return, respect, symbol of Thanksgiving Day

my theory: Henry released around Thanksgiving Day, album around Easter. Lana silently said to us: "okay, let's catch what I'm giving and after that respectfully fuck off cause I'm not going to give anything for now"

 

WHAT TOOK SO LONG? : RABBIT

rabbits' well-known ability to reproduce rapidly links them to themes of fertility, innocence, intuition and creation. the rabbit as well as the hare have been associated with moon deities and may signify rebirth or resurrection.

my theory: changed direction, OG album scrapped, maybe a new sound of album but with influences of previous Lana sounds, hard but fruitful work

 

WHAT AFTER ALBUM? HORSE

the horse is a majestic animal that embodies the spiritual power of independence a symbol associated with strength, courage and freedom. but also confidence, triumph and heroism. power is able to handle everything. horses represent speed and energy whilst white horses represent success and fame
