I’m already planning on seeing her in February in Atlanta, but I’m thinking I may grab a ticket for the Fort Wayne, IN show.. K.Flay is one of my absolute favourite artists to see live - she puts so much passion into performing. Here's some of my personal favourites, including songs that are from her early mixtapes and may not be on streaming services. I purchase/download all my music so I'm not really aware of what's on streaming services. It's a great introduction to K.Flay and has a rather accessible sound. I was introduced through her first studio record Life as a Dog in 2014 which I also think is a great intro record too, so I'd maybe listen to that one next, but I think EWISW is a really great starter for anyone. Then I listened to Everywhere is Somewhere and was hesitant at first but then grew to love it. I also listened to Life as a Dog and her EPs and I loved it so I became a massive stan by that point dsjhkf But with Solutions she kinda lost me, maybe its cause it didn't have the same edge as her previous albums? Everything past then I haven't really clicked with or haven't listened to. I will agree that Solutions is her weakest project, but she picked up again with Inside Voices / Outside Voices which were two EPs that she then repackaged into a full album with additional tracks. Definitely give that a listen if you haven’t already. There’s so many standouts on that record that I was beginning to type out my favourites and then realised I listed nearly the whole album lol.
