Watched 3/4 from the American Tail series today, haven't seen these since I was a kid

operation mincemeat which is v str8 man of me - it's kinda v average for a movie but glyndwr michael's story is seriously upsetting, making his impossible fictional life so bittersweet

The Northman. I really love Robert Eggers (The VVitch is one of my favorite movies) & seeing him do something so big budget was amazing. 

 

I'm also DEEPLY into Norse mythology & wasn't expecting the movie to be as mystical and pull from actual Norse sagas as much as it did. Plus seeing all these jacked 6"5 dudes with eight packs has got me back on my workout schedule out of shame.
