I didn't know there was a rule for that. I've been saying that for at least a decade, but more in relation to fetishes than porn. I know of some guy who desired to be run over (!) by a car, RUN OVER BY A CAR AND KILLED, while masturbating. He had offered an acquaintance of my friend a very large sum of money to actually do it. I mean, what?

Eh, could be worse. Have you heard about the German court case about the guy with a cannibalism fetish where that sparked debate over whether they could try him for murder since his victim was willing? And then there's the Japanese cannibal who became a free man after his extradition from France and went on to do fetish porn. Rule 34 indeed.

 

Funnily enough, wind machines are used a lot in 20th century composition and a little bit in late 1800s. See here. They're awesome, you crank them with a lever and they come in different sizes for, uhm, different kinds of wind noises. Some of my favorite composers have made use of them.

I'm going to use this talk of instruments requiring crank-turning as an excuse to talk about one of my favorite, more eclectic bands, Hedningarna. The play hurdy gurdies and all sorts of unusual instruments combining modern elements with folk music traditions from pre-Christian Scandinavia and Finland (Hedningarna is Swedish for "the heathens"). I recommend starting with their album Trä although Kaksi! wouldn't be a bad starting point either. Here's the first track off Trä which feels appropriate for Halloween. The Finnish female singers' vocals make me think of witches' incantations. It sounds a little, dare I say it, evil.

Well, a lot of those scales and the kind of vocal techniques they employ come from various eastern musics, generally speaking. Even some of the instrumentation in that song you posted. Granted, it sounds like that band is playing a sort of hybrid style. WE'RE ALL 1, EVIL.
