I have always wondered this, like it is so unexpected in this song. I feel like there's something more behind that we don't know, a hidden meaning or symbolism. There are other references to citrus fruits, oranges or tangerines, in the ultraviolence MV, in the front cover of Violet or in paradise is very fragile, and every time it is unexpected.
