I tried Google Lense searching the image but only got back a Naya Rivera Genius annotator. (Did they update their avi really fast, or did this come from Pinterest? Maybe something Lana was tagged in? Twitter edit? Did they make it? No clue):

The edit has been around for years, I’m pretty sure it was made around the time the original photo of Lana was taken back in 2015. Though, I’m not sure the origin of the edit or even the original body photo that was used x

Omg did you see the comments asking who Edit(h) is? 

 

I feel like I am spoiled with wisdom knowledge on LB because whenever I enter other social media and read through the comments under Lana's posts I realize how many clueless new fans she has.
