Dua Lipa 3,587 Posted March 2, 2020 Just did some digging and @@Eclipse is right. I think sayyes is referring to the info post eclipse posted awhile back but he simply stated 2013. There have been other leaks, so I think this would be the best time for this. Let's see if I'll survive it. - Oooh Baby was usually called Are You Ready, with the third title "Pants For You".- Off To The Races has a radio edit, which means that it might have been considered to be an official single.- The snippet of Summertime Sadness which was leaked recently is not a demo. It's a final product produced by someone who worked on the album*, but they eventually went with Haynie.- The "Fire & Ice" demo of Dark Paradise was written and recorded with Björn Yttling on 24 September 2011 in New York. They wrote the verses and recorded the drums in a 2 hour session. (Thank you to a prominent LB member who wishes to remain unnamed who mentioned Bjorn's name to me and that he had recorded with her.)- Eg White produced True Love On The Side, Lift Your Eyes and Are You Ready.- There's no full version of Lift Your Eyes.- There were many voice notes and melodies/ideas which were recorded during the Be My Daddy sessions. Some of these are called ":)cat Kittycat" and "Daddy's Girl". Lana was wearing a "Daddy's Girl" necklace which inspired the theme.- Lyrics from Be My Daddy are also featured in Ridin'.- The Flight produced You Can Be The Boss, Kinda Out Of Luck, Push Me Down, In The Sun, Tired Of Singing The Blues and Playground.- The "Carry me" theme (1949, The Blackest Day) also appear in ACCORDING TO ALL KNOWN LAWS OF AVIATION THERE IS NO WAY A BEE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FLY.- Brite Lites demo, Trash Magic Edit and You Make Me Wanna (Let My Hair Down) came from the sessions with Steven Mertens.- Final AKA masters were done on 25 February 2008 between 6 and 7 PM, with the exceptions of Gramma (26 Feb) and Raise Me Up (28 Feb).- The tracklist order of AKA was different in 2008, starting with For K Part 2 and finishing with Mermaid Motel.*- For K Part 2 Demo (Rehab) is also called Pretty Baby and was recorded on 25 January 2007.- Heavy Hitter, Hawaiian Tropic and $100 Bill belong to an album called 2009 Pod Audio (radio podcast?)- The acapella demos she recorded in 2008 (Diet Mt. Dew Baby, My Song 57...) are titled under Lana Rey- Bounce, Jimmy Gnecco, Lemonade Motorcycle Heaven, White Pontiac Heaven, Ben, Coconut and Key Lime Pie and a lot more* are produced by David Kahne.- There's a National Anthem demo called I Want It All.More dates:* Off To The Races Mix 9 (26 September 2011)* I Can Fly, Fine China, Yes To Heaven, Shades Of Cool, Sad Girl, Is This Happiness and ACCORDING TO ALL KNOWN LAWS OF AVIATION THERE IS NO WAY A BEE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FLY (2013)* Making Out (December 2011)* Trash Magic Edit (21 November 2007)More snippets:https://openload.co/f/XMztB9lM9XUhttps://openload.co/f/GWudviV3lc4https://openload.co/f/OnCv9TN51iYhttps://openload.co/f/3Qoq4qNIWNwhttps://openload.co/f/eMPKNT0u790https://openload.co/f/dx29JtBvrSQhttps://openload.co/f/dRK4sgYz4G4https://openload.co/f/Oz16vNpA3T8https://openload.co/f/afKLlDE4Yzs* More to comeHave some rough ideas for Part II, still some info, titles etc. left that I haven't talked about yet.Bye for now,I'll catch you on the flipside.~
Violets in Your Eyes 312 Posted March 4, 2020 Does anyone know of a good remix or edit of Hollywood's Dead? I like the vocals but the instrumental is so cheesy Edit: Also Noir bc I like the vocals on that one too but I'm not a fan of the laptop demo sound

sparklrtrailrheaven 8,095 Posted March 7, 2020 Thank you so much! Do we have good quality audio/video of all of these? I don't know if you still need them, but Lana Del Rey Updates on Youtube has several of those performances posted in full! I'll quote the ones they have: Chelsea Hotel No. 2 (with Adam Cohen) — sep 21, oct 6, oct 10 Diamonds & Rust (with Joan Baez) — oct 6 For Free (with Zella Day & Weyes Blood) — oct 10 Wicked Game (with Chris Isaak) — oct 10 Daddy Issues (with Jesse Rutherford) — oct 10 Don’t Know How to Keep Loving You (with Julia Jacklin) — nov 4 I Will Follow You Into the Dark (with Ben Gibbard) — nov 4 Eat for Free (with Haley Bonar) — nov 6, nov 11 When I’m With You (with Bethany Cosentino) — nov 8 Find Yourself (with Lukas Nelson) — nov 19 Out of these, the only one that looks like it isn't complete is When I'm With You, which has two ~1 minute clips.

wthebluemascara 769 Posted April 6, 2020 I'm thinking about the concept of revenge lately and it came to my mind what she says about it in HBTB and what is she referring to in the part "Anyone can start again, not through love but through revenge, (...) peace by vengeance brings the end"? I mean, what kind of revenge apart from the one in the video? Also the more I think of this sentence the more I don't agree with it lol, don't really think revenge it's good especially in the long run 1 Quote ✧・゚:* ヽ(*・ω・)ノ*:・゚✧

I remember reading Satanism doesn't frown upon revenge, but the contrary. And it was rumoured Lana was into it, especially during that time. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.

I remember a guy that broke into her house apparently found a book about satanism so there might be some kind of connection, although I can't find anything about revenge and satanism on the Internet 1 Quote ✧・゚:* ヽ(*・ω・)ノ*:・゚✧

sparklrtrailrheaven 8,095 Posted April 10, 2020 i haven't been on here in years ..... did we ever figure out who "K" was? I think the general consensus is that 'K' was based on her ex, Josh -- although there's a whooooole lot of fictionalization that went into the K character from the songs.
