I divide Lana's discography into pre- and post-NFR because that was kinda her reinvention and its very hard to compare the old albums like BTD with the newer one like BB cus they are two different worlds to me

 

pre-NFR

i can understand the criticisms for chemtrails (although i still really like that album) and blue banisters, but nfr is definitely a great album, even if it's production is polarizing and it's more "safe" than previous lana albums, it has mariner's apartment complex, venice bitch, doin' time, cinnamon girl, california, the greatest, hope is a dangerous thing... all great songs in my opinion

I lot of people still don’t like it tbh, I love it but it depends on your taste-the noir strings in the title track and the albums beats are gorgeous to me.
