if we’re doing final thoughts, i think it’s been a beautiful tour and definitely good to promote and build some excitement about her upcoming music. but i am disappointed by the setlist, i think it’s strange and i’ve been left quite confused that it was longer / more diverse when i saw her at hyde park than her own stadium tour! 
will never stop talking about how disheartening it is she didn’t perform YNWA, a song that means so much to so many people - and with a cover released by their fav artist, a performance would’ve been such a precious moment for the fans.
for her to honour the 4th july in wembley but not YNWA in the iconic anfield stadium is pretty ugh. 
 
i do think overall, it was slightly a missed opportunity for more things, but i don’t want to sound negative

I hated this tour but thank fucking god my show was Wembley 2nd night and If You Lie Down With Me (!!!), Diet Pepsi and Venice Bitch saved the setlist for me 😭

I don’t really think Lana thinks of it that way. She’s probably just enjoying her life after having a huge career. 
 
She’s probably just thinking about how to release the album in the way she thinks is best and respecting that. 
 
A lot of people just make it a big part of their world and hyperfocus but it’s like, it’ll happen, relax. 
 
send her managers professional mail etc. if you really wanna make a difference, but I feel like it’s not really all that deep bigger picture wise u know?

I feel like a concept of a single being released in a few months seems feasible, it’s just the fact that she has no finalized tracklist that makes me worried. Of course I want her to take her time and release the best product that she can but golly i wish she never announced anything in the first place 

IYLDWM is a fab and fitting surprise for the 4th of july so i def can’t be mad at it
 
but here’s the thing, i think when people talk about surprise songs and wembley getting preferential treatment, it’s not so much that we necessarily need different “surprise songs” every night of the tour, but just that the setlist has no surprises whatsoever - and by that i mean, remember how pleasant of a surprise it was when PWYC was first added to lana’s setlist? the excitement of hearing that at your show, or, if you kept up with lana’s setlist and didn’t avoid “tour spoilers”, knowing you were gonna hear it at your show? PWYC wasn’t a “surprise song”, but it was a surprising addition to the setlist when it was first added. same with black beauty, diet mountain dew in 2023, etc - the addition of these songs (and others like it, i’m sure you guys can think of better examples i’m a little tired!) made the shows/setlists feel much more imaginative and colourful and, well, surprising! like @motel six said, nobody would be upset with wembley getting a few fun surprises/additions if the other shows had strong setlists, but as we saw, people were unhappy with the setlist (rightfully so imo). and again, the fact that she added these songs just shows that she does have the time in the show to do them, and playing a song she’s never done before just shows she *can* rehearse and add new songs if she wants to…. she just doesn’t want to  
 
(i do still think it’s absolutely fkn crazy that she didn’t bother doing YNWA at anfield tho)

tonight was so special. as soon as IYLDWM came on i knew it would be my favourite night of the tour. i love BB sooo much and i’m glad we got that 4th july nod as a first performance.
 
words cannot even describe how much i have enjoyed going to 4 of these shows and i have zero regrets about going to all 4  we love you so much lana del rey & we showed OUT for you

7th lana show done and dusted for now  what a special little 2 weeks this has been 

okay so i got home like 20 minutes ago.. lana's vocals were amazing i had a great view of the stage which was also great. my surprise when if you lie down with me came on was unmatched, i haven't heard it in a while, it came on shuffle on route so i basically manifested it you're welcome. 
and venice has the taco truck trap bits at the end so Taco Truck x VB basically got to hear it the closest i can live...!
i was still underwhelmed with a lot of the rest of it and i think she put on a much better show at hyde park, she did look like she'd rather be elsewhere for half of it but her vocals were great honestly. the queue to get back was awful and i think i need a day to take it all in.

coming back home, the performance was really amazing. the energy within the stadium from the fans, the dancers and of course lana herself was incredible. i was so happy to be there, and the brite lites that changed during the set really added to it. i’m so glad i got to go.

lana is not a reliable source it would kinda mean nothing anyway

I think there should be some period of time before the show, like normally it's about 1-2 months between tickets sales and the first show to give people time to book their trip and buy tickets, but with Lana it's could be even one week idk. Like remember those eu shows she announced in 2023 just a few days before the gigs...

was it so hard to do venice and if you skip down at all the shows...
