At this point Charli needs to write an album worth of songs, ask Sky to feature on all of them, have Sky do most of the vocals on each song, and call the album Masochism. The only way I can see it coming this year. but I’m excited af for eyes of the world (and praying for a music video)

I just love that she’s the only person that can drag Sky out of retirement. I’m so proud to stan such a strong community pillar of talent and artistry that Charli is in the music world.

I’m excited af to see Wuthering Heights opening night on the 12th. Imagine if the movie is actually great + any of the Charli songs used in context of the movie, experiencing them in context of the movie before the album releases later that night. I’m seated and ready.

I just watched The Velvet Underground documentary that Charli mentioned in her post and I’m actually foaming at the mouth for her Lou Reed era. There’s so many ways it can go, even outside the music and into the visuals and rollout (thinking of the Andy Warhol road shows) I think back to how she talked about Crash being her “Janet album” but things changed because of Covid and ultimately her label (to an extent). This time it feels like she’ll be able to fully see her inspiration vision through, especially with her mainstream success giving her credibility to truly go all out and do whatever she wants.
