I’m getting the same feeling as well, don’t worry.
I love love henry and bluebird as well, so it took me by surprise that the new songs didn’t seem exciting to me. Maybe it’s because i’m really caught up in everything happening to the world and to the usa rn and that has influenced the way i view country as a genre atm. 
Maybe we’ll love the studio versions of these songs, we shall see 🫶🏻

I don't want to seem like a hater and I am happy for everyone who enjoys the new era and music but to be completely honest I don't know what to think of the new songs and era. Henry got me excited but this is like the first time were I am not really feeling this era and aren't much hyped for the upcoming album. I think I need to wait for the studio versions and the album to arrive. I like the melody of Husband Of Mine and some of the lyrics in Quiet In The South and sure 57.5 is hilarious and fun but I can't say that I love them much (at least the live versions). It definitely will be the first time since I'm a fan that I won't pre order and wait for the album first. But I can't deny that the Stagecoach performance was something new and fresh, the strings quartett is great , the stage production was great. 
And sorry for the think piece but as I said no hate intended, it might be not my cup of tea and I don't know how to feel about the new music and era yet but happy that so many of you love and enjoy it
