I love "like the winter we're not in" bc it refers to her aforementioned snow metaphor (turning diamonds into snow), as snow is in winter. Winter we're not in, it's a winter because all of the snow (yayo), but "guns in the summertime" states that it's possibly in the summer, but yayo being white & all, like snow, makes it feel like it's winter in a metaphorical sense. I love it, it's so poetic.

I did a lil attempt of Yosemite! I've only listened to the album for about two days, so I don't know the songs really well enough (despite it pretty much being the only thing I've listened to since then heheh), but this song is pretty easy, anyway.

OK, we finally got somewhere with the bridge. I just fell in love with those words! If they are the actual lyrics, I will be so mad at Lanz for not making these beautiful, poetic lyrics more clear. They're not the most poetic but I think they're the best in the whole song.

The tracklist to me is interesting.
Fine, I'll state the positives.
I believe its black and white filter makes it classy and gives it a mood to it. One that the tracklist kinda suits.
I like the naturalism of the photoshoot. It doesn't look like Lana's in front of a camera standing in a perfect pose trying to look perfect. She's just stepping out of her car. Sure, she's posing, but it looks natural. And she just happens to do that perfectly.
 
But I don't really like her clothing. It looks like she just came back from the West Coast video shooting and they're all rushing Ultraviolence. 
However, I do like how it adds to the natural effect. Ultraviolence seems to have a natural feel to it. Does anyone understand me or feel the same?

If you want an answer to that, the answer is probably because the discussion starts to get off topic and someone goes and creates a thread for that specific topic to prevent confusion and whatnot. I haven't been here for long and I barely contribute to the Latest News threads and whenever I do, I don't bother trying to catch up, so I don't know much.
