    On first listen, it made me tear up. It’s so beautiful and sad. I completely misunderstood the snippet when I first heard it, thinking it would be about a lasting relationship. But the song is actually so sad. I really love it.

    I was gagged!. everyone doesn't wanna do songs longer then 2 minutes these days it's very disappointing and disgusting and outrageous and offensive .

    Uh the TikTok kids are hating on Henry saying its the same as the last 3 albums when its literally the first single in 6 years that sounds like old lana music. Maybe they deserve jack and his sabotage to go back

    I love Drew Erickson! His work with FJM is so good and I feel like a lot of lana fans haven’t liked the stuff he’s done with her but I kneww he was capable of combining the rich, grand sounds she likes with a down to earth folky element.

    I'm going to listen to Henry Come On for the first time now. I really hope I like it. 
     
    Before I'm going to listen to it, I got emotional thinking how it has been so long since she shared that snippet 1 year and almost 3 months ago - in January 2024. I still remember that day clearly when she posted that snippet in the morning and I was really busy. 
     
    But the thing what gets me emotional is that how many things have happened since, so many unexpected changes have happened which I well...didn't expect. Back then when she posted it, I was somewhere torn between hopelessness and excitement because there were so many things and events I was looking for, which kind of gave me reason to live but at the same time I was under a lot of stress and I was stuck and confused with my life - and it made me really unhappy then.
     
    Now...I feel a lot more calm and perhaps hopeful but like...the excitement and spark is gone. I really hope that Henry Come On will offer that spark and excitement which I really miss. Yet still I haven't understood if I have moved on with my life or still haven't moved on, still stuck in that time, longing for that time. I really hope that Henry Come On will answer me to those questions as well.
     
    Enough with those long dissertations, I'm going to listen to the demo snippet on Instagram and then hop over to YouTube and listen to the new song in full. Can't wait, I really hope I love it. If I only knew back then when the snippet was released that I am going to listen to the full song on my brand new phone. Don't know when I'll come back here and write my thoughts but I will at some point today.

    Haven't heard Henry yet but I've seen some people mention it has some Icarus references, which is cool. I remember Lana recently said something about the myth, maybe in an interview or a comment or something, but I can't find anything... am I tripping???

    I like this way more than I was expecting to tbh. I actually really love the production on this, it's gorge. Thank GOD it's not as stripped down as I was expecting it to be. It's def not a discography highlight or earth shattering but it's very easy listening. I kinda like it way more than her last 3 lead singles tbh... Which granted isn't that high of a bar for me but still! This is cute. I didn't really have much excitement for this album but this got my eyes opening up a bit.
