There are so many little sounds in A&W and I love them all ("it's lit!" "oh my god" the half second of brooklyn baby, etc.)
The harmonising(?) in the background of Serial Killer, same with Brite Lites during the bridge.
The choice of saying methampheta-mile in Resistance, who else would come up with a word like that?
The way she says "talking" in Brooklyn Baby
Not changing the pronouns in Doin' Time (I hate when covers do that)
That looping warped sound that starts in Greenwich at 1:15
The vintage effect on her voice during the bridge of Hollywood's Dead

As I recall, her comments during the long, long wait for NRF! were often confused and even apathetic, as when she said she didn't know when it would come out in response to a fan's question. Sure, she released the snippets, made more of an effort to produce cover art, and made several videos, but I don't recall Lana herself speaking jubilantly about NFR! 
 
I agree about the opportunity her new surroundings represent, and we've already seen that in the lyrics to 'SFOA,' 'QITS,' and 'Bluebird,' so I'll expect we'll hear more. She's already mentioned the bayou and alligators, so I don't expect more lyrics about either. But Spanish moss, maybe? Hot and humid? Zdeco? Airboats? Swamps, generally?
