Is the cover associated with sirens the official one, or is it something fans chose? If it’s not official, do we know if there was ever a photo shoot intended for the album?

I’m not sure what she has or hasn’t said, but I’d be surprised if she claimed she isn’t inspired by Lana. She follows both Lana and Chuck on Instagram, so she’s clearly not too worried about people making the connection. However, if she has said somewhere that she isn’t a fan, that would definitely be a huge lie
