literally this even at Hyde park 2 years ago she seemed so involved and had a GREAT presence, it’s like her mind is busy on her marriage and being at home and moving on with that part of her life. That being said I’m waiting till London to judge it in person myself but so far it seems like she should’ve waited till she was more ready for a full summer stadium tour 

anyone know where Byron is? I miss seeing him up on the stage playing piano with her  

I have never seen Lana live but I think we can all agree as a fan base that Lana is not the best performer. Im really disappointed with all of this because one of the main reasons I love Lana is because shes authentic and down to earth. These 10k, 35 min shows just arent it and I think its unfair to fans. I really think Lana's team has failed her. I would venture to say that in these past 2 years Lana has reached her peak popularity and I honestly think that Lana and her team don't realize how big she is right now. She obviously wasn't made for stadium shows and she thrives in a smaller more intimate arena. Also 30 minutes late is honestly unacceptable. I get being 10-15 minutes late here and there but at this point its really not cool. She already has the shortest show out of most of the touring female artists around, being late and offstage for the majority of the show added onto that is honestly ridiculous. And the set list thing is dumb as fuck in my opinion. All the fuckers who are crying on tiktok right now because Lana is out here playing her country songs should've done their research and knew that Lana has been trying to put a country record out for like a decade now so i really dont feel bad for the people complaining about it because they had to know this was coming. I love Lana and I know that she will most likely never get rid of Ed or Ben, but they really are failing her. I hope her and her team learn from this messy tour and album rollout because its getting tiring tbh. and btw this is no shade to anyone its just my opinion.

im pretty much seated dead opposite the stage (im worried the vibe won’t be as good back there I get FOMO lol) and the tickets that are closer are angled and a bit higher up seated. So far im sticking with my current ones as if I don’t sell them in times it means I’ll have spent like £800 on tickets 😥 

Yeah - to be fair, we sit here and scrutinise every single show and it's not really how they are meant to be consumed.
Basically, the expectation of her team would be that you'd attend a show, and then she wouldn't come back to that particular city or venue for at least a year in most cases, by which time the show would be reasonably different.
There's also the factor of actually being there.
With that said, I feel the same as most people here - there is a lot of potential for improvement.
My main grievances are:
1. The amount of time she spends on stage; other artists spend far longer. Every time I've seen Florence she's been on for about 2 hours? I don't think I've ever been to a show where the artist hasn't been on stage for at least an hour. Some of Lana's shows are 40 minutes if that.
2. I've said this before but Alex has a style that she does not deviate from and after so many years, it's a bore. Nothing personal towards her and the other dancers, but it'd be fun to freshen it up.
3. Putting songs into medleys is just disrespecting them. If you're not going to do a song in full, then just don't do it (with a few exceptions like VB which I think could be cut down because the non-singing time in that song is significant).
4. Stop rewarding fans who act like entitled jerks

Why that aggressiveness? 
Maybe I missed some posts but from what I've seen there are many complaints but rather constructive or at least not at all insulting...
