Happy 12th birthday True Romance. an era of its own. i remember not liking the album at first listen cuz my first contact with Charli was superlove and I love It but TR was very experimental-ish for me back then. But I ended up loving it so much and embracing the sound and the lyrics so much. she is fvckin insane to come up with such amazing lyrics for a debut album. TR will be forever my fav album of hers but I mean… queen hasnt delivered a single bad album at all until now. All of them have bangers.

Talking about unreleased songs: I personally prefer her TR/Pre TR (maybe some sucker) unreleased era (l*ak The Killing Moon cover noooow!) . songs like Heal My Heart, Superlove (TR demo) is a must listen btw the verses are beautiful, Mess is also a great song, Midnight (can’t believe she scrapped this one), Interior, My Supernova, Atomic, Violins, Dynamite (we fought for this one for so many years lol) These are the ones I could think of for now but her most famous outtakes are definitely from the shelved album(XCX)/Vroom Vroom/N1A era when she worked with Sophie/Stargate/AG: taxi, round n round, bounce, good girls, no angel (sophie demo), Wanna Get Fucked Up, Secret (Demo 4), Hey Boy Hey Girl (its such a fun song I love it), Naked… I could stay here all day but Tbh listen to all of her unreleaseds songs lol you wont regret.
