i'm excited for her to tour and i'm obviously gonna try to get tickets no matter what, but i'm truly praying that she doesn't wear the mask/costume on tour. one, she has some outdoor shows (including mine) in the middle of summer so that's just not safe for her physically. two, i've been waiting to see her since 2015 and i'd be lowkey upset if my first melanie concert would be her in a costume where i cant even see her actual face. i appreciate the dedication to the character, but i just hope she reconsiders getting into 4 hours worth of makeup and prosthetics each night.

Never posted on this thread but as an og Mel fan (from the voice), this album has me conflicted.
definitely wasn’t my fave on first listen but it’s really starting to grow on me.
top 5.
1. BOTL (I will not tolerate slander, this song is incredible)
2. Evil
3. The contortionist
4.void
5. tunnel vision
(Faerie soirée and light shower are honorable mentions)
definitely is an album that takes a few listens to really enjoy but I’m extremely excited for the visuals of this album. Part of me thinks it’s going to be a butterfly type situation where crybaby will be this creature that will develop into this beautiful being (like the one in k-12)
can’t lie though, not a big fan of spider-web

oh she definitely will, she seemed excited about the album when someone mentioned it in a live stream recently, we'll probably get it in the next couple of days (it's just too bad we probably wont see a reaction from Ajay or Dylan will not Participate, i miss their music reactions so much. Both of their melanie reaction videos got me into mels music in the first place)
