Hear me out…is there any chance whatsoever the insider on here (I think dragon slayer? or Florida Kilos) who teased Del Norte County, psychedelic desert vibes for the Ocean Blvd era actually had access to Lasso which she was making alongside DYKTATUOB and presumably BB the last few years? I’m probably trying to make a square fit into a circle but I NEED the psychedelic, trippy dessert vibes so badly 

About the Neil pictures I don't know what to think... they could be like the Ocean Blvd landscape pictures but I feel like it's to early to tease the actual photos.
When he first started teasing Ocean months before he put out unrelated pictures (those with the pink/red flowers) so it might just be his own solo work.
It is indeed giving Lasso tho

The only reason I know think she isn’t going to debut anything is because she hasn’t announced anything. The last time she surprise released a song was LMLYLAW and even then she told us that would be the first song we heard. 
 
She absolutely doesn’t count dropping the name and September release date at the Grammy thing as an announcement, and her team never once mentioned it. Like yeah it’s out there, but nobody really knows Lasso is coming 
 
Plus if she was debuting something tonight an insider would be giving us breadcrumbs. Even yesterday insiders were vaguely posting on ATRL about Taylor releasing extra songs. There is NO way she’s dropping anything soon while it’s all crickets and tumbleweeds right now 

She doesn't love the attention so maybe it's the perfect time to announce 

I kind of don’t need her to announce anything for this right now because it’s just going to be overshadowed by Taylor at the moment, especially if she brings her out at Coachella tonight

I have always loved Neil's nature photos and these are very beautiful as well! But my first thought was that maybe these are in his new photobook, you know, to promote the upcoming book? 

we've been fooled many times thinking he was working on something for her but this is literally a desert and it can't be just a coincidence again

Maybe that’s for the best. Lana could get easily drowned in the sea of radio pop releases. By September, most of these new releases will have settled down, end of summer depression will have started hitting and lana will come for our souls

The way she managed to (1) praise a clairvoyant for "remotely" curing her laryngitis with the power of ~just vibes~, (2) clock the tea on her beef with her tour manager who quit because she got 10 motorbikes for free, (3) thank every other person on her team, and (4) casually drop a serve of a selfie, all in a single post, needs to be studied. This is why I will forever be a fan.

This actually sums everything up perfectly . But is also so funny and makes me love her so much. I mean she HAS to be aware people know she has a country album titled Lasso in the works. I’m sure fans ask her about it in her daily life / publications are reaching out for information. But because she hasn’t officially announced it she might genuinely have no idea how widespread and anticipated the album is? It makes me wonder how much….if at all…online she is. 

She HAS to know, her whole chat site was Lasso themed (unless she doesn’t even know that exists  which is very possible)
