Do we really think the album will be 19 songs long? 
 
More like she scrapped some songs that she wasn't happy with (again), and added these. My estimate: 16 tacks at the most. Which is not an issue, as long as all songs are good. It's normal to remove and add. But I really doubt it'll be a double album, which is what 19 songs would essentially mean. 
 
 

knowing that she added 6 songs and that the album tracklist may be 19 tracks in total is honestly so exciting  (if she doesnt change her mind again that is ) I wonder how many different themes the lyrics will explore

So, whoever says NFR was worse: dead wrong. We've never been dryer. NFR era was a profusion of Lana content by comparison. In fact, it's her very last content-abundant era.
