I do wonder what happened there, did she intend to wait longer to release the deluxe, but her label wanted her to capitalise on the hype, explaining why it wasn't finished yet? Was the remix album originally supposed to be like 100 gecs' 1000 gecs remix album, with both remixes and new songs? Similarly the deluxe remixes seem to be late too. Hello Goodbye never happened and Kesha was late woth Spring breakers Billy's was a single, but let's be honest it sounds like something she could have written quite quickly with how little was changed. And honestly if they didn't both get snubbed by TS album variants I don't think it would have happened. I think originally the remix album would have deluxe tracks, when those were released separately the intention was for only the OG 15 to get remixed and when Billy offered / her team got the idea for the collab, they had to scramble to make it work.
