Also idk i get really annoyed with the whole “Ummm She’s ALWAYS Been Quirky” thing. It’s such a lazy excuse. You could use that line to defend quite literally anything she could possibly do. 
She’s been quirky, yes, but her quirkiness started off with real intention! it was good! and so well thought out! 
 
Nowadays she could write shit from a butt and start repurposing facebook mom posts as lyrics and people would say “Ummm It’s Quirky. She’s Always Been Quirky. You Begged For Quirky.”
 
Quirky can be good! Quirky is not an excuse for bad writing!!!!!!!!!!

So around the time Lana announced the openers, one of them being Addison, then I decided to listen to her debut album although while the singles like Diet Pepsi and Fame Is a Gun were catchy, her music really didn't click me.
 
When I listened to the album, everything just clicked. It's so fucking amazing, it really felt like a nostalgia trip to the 2000s. I love how authentic it is, I know that she has many influences like Lana there and there but it feels so Addison. All the tracks flow together very nicely. Summer Forever is my favorite song from the album and I hope it gets a music video! Life's No Fun is also one of the best interludes I have heard!!!

they didnt even bother to use the leaked sessions to recreate cherry blossom and notg and used a YT 128 kbps rip instead, of course theyre not gonna remaster the entire album if they were so lazy to begin with

Can we talk about how bad the mastering on bb is? It’s my fav album of hers but it plays so bad on high volume. Sweet Carolina turns into a nightmare on high volume on my parents super expensive and good hi-fi setup. It handles opera very well so it’s not the setups fault. Lana remaster the album!!!!

I could see this as a double, homemade video by/with chuck. much like the norman video. maybe some archive footage of lana and chuck as kids. no real single push, just a cute video release

Obvious fan favorite from the day it leaked. Play into it. Video that maybe reads as a prequel to the Dealer video. Miles and her actually interact in this one, showing the ending of their tumultuous relationship before breaking up and going no contact (and a nice nod to it being from TLSP sessions!). 
 
Dealer/IYLDWM/Thunder could all also be sent to alternative radio as well. SYTH did pretty well at the format and I think all those songs could have a decent chance as well, especially dealer, and especially if given shorter radio edits
 
i just think that, if it would’ve been handled right, BB could have been a hugely successful album

thinking about the fact lana could’ve easily marketed + branded this album as an almost ultraviolence 2.0 (i mean half of it already is LOL) if she actually cared about a proper rollout anymore… 
 
blue banisters/textbook/ww/arcadia couldve just been some meh filler tracks.. but noooo she decided to make them the face of the album (do not come at me i hate them and their production with a burning passion!)
