graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 Happening on tv live now. Victim Christine Blasey Ford will be testifying at the hearing vs. Brett Kavanaugh who has been nominated to the US Supreme Court by fellow (alleged) many times (is it now 17) donald trump (the alleged person in the oval office.) Personally I find Kavnaugh to be the 2018 version of convicted Preppie Killer Robert Chambers #justiceforjennifer It's on CSPAN and all the networks, CSPAN has just the hearing itself, without the crawls at the bottom Senator Feinstein is giving the Democratic Senators statement now Republican Grassley already gave the Republican opening statement (there are 11 Republicans 10 Democratic Senators on the committee, and there are NO women of the 11 Republicans. of course, every single smear against women has occurred by the Republicans, who seem to already have their mind made up making this a kangaroo court. 1 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 the part about the state of Maryland is important, as Maryland has NO statue of limitations / TIME LIMIT to prosecute someone for sexual abuse, attempted abuse, rape etc. That is how Cosby was able to be tried and found guilty and as of yesterday jailed. Cool would be seeing Cavanaugh in cuffs like cosby, in his new orange jump suit along with trump too. and it took 13 years to prosecute cosby, where like here, one by one others revealed they too were involved. as with all abuse, think of how it affects the person who was sexually abused, and how their life changed or was ruined. 2 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 Robert Chambers convicted of the killing of Jennifer Levin in 1986 #justiceforjennifer and how he attempted to blame Jennifer (in the most vile way, this case was the one many think of as the original basis for the #metoo movement along with the Anita Hill-Clarence Thomas hearing later in 1991 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Chambers_(criminal) Robert Chambers (criminal) Robert Emmet Chambers, Jr.[1] (born September 25, 1966), nicknamed the "Preppie Killer" by the media, is an American criminal. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 18-year-old Jennifer Levin, whom he killed in New York City's Central Park during the early morning hours of August 26, 1986. Levin's half-naked corpse, covered in cuts, bruises and bite marks, was found by a cyclist in Central Park near Fifth Avenue and 83rd Street, behind the Metropolitan Museum of Art.[3] Clothing from her upper body had been pushed up around her neck, and her skirt was around her waist.[4] The Medical Examiner's office said Levin had been strangled. Police noted there were numerous cuts and bruises on her neck, both from the strangulation and from her own fingernails as she clawed at her killer's hands. Later, Chambers hid and watched as police officers investigated the scene. The investigators had found Levin's underwear some 50 yards (46 m) away.[4] Police were given Chambers' name by patrons at Dorrian's Red Hand bar, who had seen him leaving with Levin. When authorities arrived to question him at his home, he had fresh scratches on his face and arms, which he initially said were "cat scratches". He was taken in for questioning. Chambers changed his story several times: "his cat had been declawed"; he "didn't part from Levin immediately upon leaving the bar"; "she had parted from him to purchase cigarettes" (it was later discovered that Levin did not smoke). In the final version of his confession, he claimed that some time after he and Levin had left the bar, she had asked him for "rough sex", tied the 6 ft 5 in (196 cm) Chambers' hands with her panties, and hurt his genitals as she stimulated him, and that she had been killed accidentally when he freed his hands and pushed her off him. Confronted with this explanation, Assistant District Attorney Steve Saracco said: "I've been in this business for a while, and you're the first man I've seen raped in Central Park". The rape scenario was considered to be highly unlikely in light of the fact that Chambers was more than a foot taller than the 5 ft 4 in (163 cm) Levin, and at 220 lb (100 kg), he was almost double her weight. Before booking, Chambers was permitted to see his father, to whom he said, "That fucking bitch, why didn't she leave me alone?"[5] 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 Makes me sick to watch the male Republicans refuse to question her. Which is a disadvantage to her, because Rachel Mitchell can have a continuous line of questioning. and at the start, when they asked Professor Ford to speak into the microphone, and she was not able to move it as it was attached, one has to believe that was done on purpose to make her uncomfortable. Also that Professor Ford did not have coffee already on the table. Kavanaugh in his first testimony last week always had beverages Professor Ford directly said to Senator Feinstein that it was 100% Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. (dispelling a conspiracy Kavanaugh and his gang have been promoting to the media) ------------------------------------------------------------------ and a note- I was asked by someone though pm to change the title, I myself don't have permission to change titles, it would take Elle or another moderator to change it. 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 Professor Ford has finished her part and the lying scumbag Kavanaugh will be starting in 45 minutes. Not one Republican male questioned Professor Ford. Not one. and no good reason for why Mark Judge wasn't ordered to appear (even if he took the 5th) 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 kavanaugh is starting (and the coward Republicans/teaparty/libertarians(aka Republicans) will probably decide to abet the lying asshole Kavanaugh interesting is that he was able to move his microphone and the box, so some Republican latkey removed the nails. how typical of the Republicans. interesting too is how botoxed Kavanaugh looked in his first testimony, and how there appeared to be fillers and how now it looks like his nose is falling off, like you can see the steam coming out of his ears 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 kavanaugh is whining away (and he just said the opposite of what he did in his fucknews interview Somebody call me a waaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmmmbbulence this quote might be way out- Kavanaugh: You may defeat me in the final vote, but you'll never get me to quit, never. (meaning he don't have the votes, but this way he can say he didn't quit and amazing he talks about his time with Bush yet refused to release any papers of importance w/Bush. also note- he is giving a different opening statement than the one that was handed out, so someone gave him a new speech 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 telling- very telling- he is seething with anger, and in his meandering opening statement he said what goes around comes around (which alone would disqualify a judge as he is saying a case will come before him where he will remember this which is why indeed he may be forecasting that the votes won't be there. and he is passing the blame as if Professor Ford were a football. graham4anything Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 Is Kavanaugh a classic sociopath? Absence of nervousness or neurotic symptoms Interpersonal unreliability Untruthfulness and insincerity Insufficiently motivated antisocial behavior A lack of affective (“feeling”) empathy Failure to learn from negative experiences Callous and shallow emotional response Fast, but irresponsible, decision-making Incapacity for love Lack of remorse or shame Pathological narcissism/egocentricity Superficial charm and manipulation Failure to accept responsibility for their own actions 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. Downtown Baby Doll Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 I listened to the entirety of the hearings today at work. My heart just breaks for Dr. Ford, the two other women who have come forward, and anyone who has survived sexual assault. After her calm, collected, credible testimony, Kavanaugh's whiny, angry outbursts and refusal to have an FBI investigation, surprise, surprise! They're still going to have a vote tomorrow, and he's probably going to hold a lifetime position in one of the most important positions in the U.S. I haven't felt this sad about politics and the state of our country since the day after the 2016 election. We have such a long way to go. 1 Quote ♡ ♡

graham4anything Posted September 28, 2018 Author Posted September 28, 2018 out of approx. 327,319,218 people .....FIVE count em five-5 people control the destiny of America. The final vote needs 51 against (as 50 a tie will be broken by the deplorable despicable Mercer/Koch Bros placed Pence In November, in the USA vote like the African American Women do, in huge numbers straight up and down the Democratic line to win back control of the House and long shot the Senate, and the Governor and State Attorney General races in each state, and every local position from the school boards on up at every single election. State Attorney Generals are important in Kavanaugh's case and trump's etc, because as seen in the Cosby case (did Lindsey Graham actually compare Kavanaugh to Cosby???) in PA and in MD there are NO statue of limitations for charges filed, and yes, even if confirmed criminal charges can be filed in a state. This deviant Kavanaugh is not fit in temperament alone to be a Supreme Court Justice. May the five save America. =========================================== 0 Quote Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf.
