Here is my feedback ...

The overall look to the packaging is very eye-catching and I also like the font you used. The photo you chose is also very cool.

 

The only thing that I can suggest in changing is in the coloring of the letters. Leave them as they look, but give those red-tones a slightly brighter hue.

The darker areas of the letters tend to make them dissappear a litle bit into the black background. Try giving those dark reds a 5-to-10% more pigment.

Not too much, but enough to give them a little pop and stand out more.
