Madrigal Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 (edited) This is Alex Winston: She is an Indie Folk/Pop singer, whose debut album, King Con, was released early this Summer. Trained originally in Opera, she herself is primarily influenced by good old-fashioned Americana. She sings over a variety of themes, such as Mormonism/Polygamy ("Sister Wife"), romantic interest in inanimate objects ("Velvet Elvis"), and just good old love songs like "Host" and "The Fold." My love for Alex was tentative at first, but as time has passed, I have started to love her more and more.
